after watching, oh i don't know about 20 videos and reading another 20 posts - this is the first video to actually get me to the 2nd menu options - thanks!
You are a lifesaver, my friend! I had done this in hundreds of Android phones of other brands, but for some reason Motorola has that extra "no command" step that I had never encountered before.
Thanks!!! It worked!! My phone broke when I went on vacation. When I got home, I got this far and didn't work. The difference was, I didn't remove the Sim card as I was trying to fix it. I took it to Verizon, they we're worthless! All they want to do is sell you another phone. This phone is barely a year old!! Two other shops couldn't or wouldn't try to fix it. I watched your video several times and was successful. Just wasn't clear when to replace the Sim card. All good!! Thanks again!! Using it for a different application (could've saved couple hundred dollars I spent on the new phone!!).
Thank you so much for your tutorial. My phone was stuck in boot mode. I tried many other more recent videos, but nothing worked. Your video from years ago was still applicable and worked perfectly on a newer Motorola model over half way through 2022. Thank you thank you thank you!
Wowww…. Thank you sir…. I solved this issue in 2024 on my old Motorola Mobile…. I wasn’t using it for almost last 4 months but now due to your video i resolved this issue 🥳
Thanks so much! I just tried it on my phone and it's working so far, I'll never ever uninstalled Google in an Android phone, it will cause the phone to crash and it won't turn on.... thanks again :-)
Funny enough, the "wipe cache partition" option, seen at 1:19 of this video, was the thing that fixed the issue for me. Thank goodness I didn't have to wipe away all of my photos!
Can you type out the sequence? Obviously I can't get it right but im seeing others comment that this video helped. I can't get past the screen where the lil robot is laid on his back
It worked! Thank you so much, we saved money by fixing it ourselves and i can fix my son's moto phone too. Everything was restored and saved and it didn't take too long.
Marvellous, followed the steps exactly and now have my phone back. Now to turn off half of the google stuff, because it just takes up so much space. :) Note, I had to take out the cards, follow the instructions step by step, then replace the cards before rebooting.
Thanks a lot, it worked. One remark, I think you did not mention: When signing again into your account, I needed the FRP 2-step verification, i.e. a code was sent to my phone number. For this to work, the SIM-card must be put back into the phone!
I was getting ready to throw my use cellphone away because it was glitching when I was trying to reboot it. Then I saw your video and Boom!!! I could fix it! I appreciate you for uploading this video... By the way this unit is for my kid games since it was almost a brand new!!! Thank you again!
... I have all the same, on my Moto g5, but it does not have option, to save data etc. Only yes or no, on wipe all. (My issues, is it all of a sudden, does not wish to boot. Just goes in loop, on blue load screen) ?.
same thing. u can try to do "clear cache partition" if u dont want to delete everything, and after that your phone should be working fine, nothing deleted. i will try that, let u know how it goes.
Thank You my phone was down for days and i had to use my tablet which i am using rn but my phone is almost on the home screen currently i was almost about to get a new phone Thx for everything have a blessed day!!!!!!
Although I'm sure it's a shot in the dark asking, does anyone have any idea what the hell causes a phone to suddenly become stuck like this? Was literally using my phone the other night just fine, was charging it, and then when I went to use it today, it'd only work for a minute before the entire screen would freeze up. Trying to restart it just let to the logo screen, which it only left once before I had to restart it, and then it just remained stuck on the logo screen (and unfortunately I have a phone where it's practically impossible to open/remove the battery, which I'd normally try in these cases). Sucks that I had to wipe the phone to get it working again but whatever. Just not sure if it accidentally downloaded a virus or if some update may have caused this...??
My Moto is stuck in the "Hello Moto" start up, I can't stand it - afraid to do anything, I don't want to lose my screenshots and files :( How? I tried this on my other phone, removed the sim card, but still lost everything.
Same problem with Moto G4 Plus. I noticed that plugging my phone to usb charger or computer, phone rebooted normally. Battery was full before connecting to usb cable.
@@QueenTNiya Try connecting your phone to pc with usb cable and reboot. It took couple of reboots and "restart bootloader" before mine started normally.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! My phone is newer model. Use Volume Up button to scroll. Also newer model Batteries are NOT removable. Second solution solved my problem!! 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏻🙏🏻😇😇
My phone has the same problem, but I don't want to wipe all of my data since i have so many pictures and videos that I'd never be able to get back again. Is there another solution i can use without having to factory reset? Thanks!
I have a problem with my phone, it hasn't been starting up correctly and when I was told to restart my phone by my brother my phone turned off and went into boot screen, whenever I click start, recovery mode, factory mode, bp tools, and qcom it always says that the startup failed, what do I do?
How much time it will take to boot up , my mobile is showing Moto icon from last 10 minutes. Pls help here. Note --It took 20 min for bootup... Thanks..it worked
Everyone says thank you... I'm just trying to figure why this even happens no other phone company has done this to me I fixed it yesterday and curious why it even happens
I have a Z3. The recovery menu options are on the left side, the same side as the power button. When I select an option, it just returns to the start up loop. I've also tried pressing the volume keys and in combination with the power button but still just returns to the start up loop.
@@braxtaxdaplug3245 Yes (after being told by 2 Verizon employees and 1 Best Buy employee that it was unfixable.) I pressed the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds until a diagnostic menu appeared. I was then able to reset it to factory settings.
I didn't want to wipe my data so I just went to the recovery screen and after 3 tries it finally didn't freeze when starting. So you might want to be a bit patient and try it before wiping everything.
Great thanks man! it was just going round and round! hopefully i should be able to restore from my last google backup but i might have lost all the photos
Thank you so much for the video. I have seen many videos regarding with the "No command" error but I didn't get the solution. By watching your video I was successfully rebooted my phone. Thanks a lot
