I have Audew tyre inflator. It has stopped working and now it is showing ERR massage.Its power is coming and motor is not working. It appears to me that it's motor is fine.Please help me to fix this problem if you can. Or kindly let me know where can I send you this machine for repair and how much will be it's repairing charges.Anticipating for your immediate response in the matter.Thanks.

The error message usually comes from a bad air pressure sensor. Either it is not working or some wires are broken or the solder has dried up. So open it and check the sensor. Sometimes the motor or piston gets stuck so try to rotate it manually.

I opened it checked there is no broken wires on sensor and some oiling done on piston cylinder.Despite of doing all these the fault remains same. Still showing ERR Massage . Pleaseguide what to do now? @diyrepairs

@@rohitbrahmbhatt6452 You can see that the positive 12 volt supply to the motor is given directly from the battery and the negative is given through the control circuit. First, give a negative supply to the motor from the board through a wire and see if the motor is running or not. If it is running, then the fault is in the control board. If it is not running, then the fault is in the motor. Error message comes from the control board only when the signal is not received from the sensor or any component in the control board is faulty. Thank you sir for this in depth diagnosis and repair. My TUSA machine also stopped working similar to your machine and I didn’t want to throw it away. I only know basics about electronic work, but your video taught me how exactly I should go about fixing it.

@@yogeshgupta3035 Open the cabinet and check the voltage at the motor connectors with the help of a multimeter after pressing the power or start button. Also try rotating the motor manually as sometimes the motor gets stuck.
