Nice job! One quick little tip: Never touch a halogen bulb with your bate fingers... the oils in your fingertips will cause the bulb to burn out faster. If you do happen to touch it, just wipe it off thoroughly with rubbing alcohol.

How great it is to see your son Jonathan take interest in mechanics. And! I might add that Mechanics are a good profession to get into. Wayd'a Go there. Seeing how those screws hold head light in place - might be a good idea to put some Fluid film on them to help protect them from rusting further and also on the socket to the headlamp as well to keep corrosion out.
