Maybe watch more RU-vid videos to get a better idea.. this was straight forward but some videos will go into further detail. Once you do it it's pretty simple. This video was for a faucet install but if you're doing a whole new sink it is easier to install the faucet to the sink outside of the cabinet. Usually once you install the faucet to the sink if it's a top mount you run a bead of caulking along the top of the vanity and then set the sink on. Im not sure if bathroom sinks have clips that attach to the vanity like kitchen sinks do. Good luck.
So, at 1:15 you say to install the drain body and rubber washer through the TOP, and then specify to add silicone to the gasket at the BOTTOM, and to clean up the excess silicone with mineral spirits, and you show her cleaning the TOP of the drain? I'm hoping you didn't use that much.
Ma'am, it's NEVER that easy. You didn't wedge yourself into the cabinet and unscrew anything with no room to move the wrench... not real life at all... lol
LOL…I’ve been stuck on this stage for two weeks. That effing bolt is impossible to reach without an extra elbow on the arm. I just stare at the chaos in my bathroom and hope that I get inspired to act the next day…a plumber will prob charge $200 bucks because he has a special wrench…
@@LouisianaLadii good luck taking it off when I want to replace it. There is already rubber gasket then use the rubber gasket, if not, use plumbers pudding
