This is truly a great help and I was able to get the project done, however you should also mention and upsell the Ellipse Operator Gasket Product Code: 39-564...this was a life saver when closing out any light from entering the area between the new operator and the filed down frame, inside looking out. You can see it in the video towards the end the little sliver of light. The gasket absolutely covers all of that. No more light.
