How to Replace a Sink on Laminate Countertops

GIANT UNDIVIDED SINK...YES!! Every kitchen should come standard with a large sink...the divided sinks are crap made to separate the side with the disposal from the other. After working in pro kitchens almost twenty years I can say disposals are unnecessary in home kitchens, and pretty much the rest of the world agrees. Scrape plates and use sink strainer instead. Have a plastic tub to do dishes in. And buy the sink that has rounded inside corners...much easier to keep clean than the one she got with sharp inside corners. The rack in the sink takes a bit of getting used to but train everyone to place silverware in a container to be washed so you're not fishing forks out from under it.

Did you need to caulk around the edges of the sink?

my sink does not fit snuggly Enough in the countertop to not move around. You didn’t secure yours? You didn’t use any silicone doesn’t it leak from the countertop? I mean looks easy. I just don’t wanna have problems later.
