As far as your O-rings it’s a good habit if you got new ones put new ones on do you want to squeeze them make sure there’s no cracks or nicks or it’s not even a question put new ones on you don’t have to worry about it at all it’s sealed is done with later on down the road you develop the leak
And that is the best time to take a hose or an air hose and blow through the electric fans and blow that dirt out of your radiator get those fins cleaned up because it is is packed with dirt and grime. Every time I pull a radiator or a condenser I take it to the hose and flush it out you’d be amazed how much dirt comes out of those fins, I do that every time I have the pool condenser radiator to do some work to the vehicle and if it’s being reused, I don’t have to do it it’s just habit I like my parts to be clean when I put them back in and it’s courtesy lotta people don’t do that no more
