I have the Husky 4 drawer cart that cost $130. The wheels need changing. I don't need 6 inch casters, 5 inch is plenty. I have to remove one wheel to see what will fit. No fun fighting with a cart with terrible casters. I should have changed it when I bought it. I didn't know but now I do. Thanks.
Update after a month of use: These are so darned frictionless I have to use the brakes constantly. Compared to the original Sears casters these things are very slippery and the chest rolls on even the slightest incline, so consider that when purchasing. I'm also looking into whether there are low-cost locking casters--meaning ones that will lock in one position so two can be locked from swiveling when you need to roll it a long distance. I absolutely have to have all four swivel so I can push the chest backwards into its storage location, but it might be nice to have the option of two fixed/two swivel when pulling it longer distances. But the positive result of these caster as currently installed is that they're very free rolling and quiet.
@@cmwyeye1214 I never got the chance to try pin-locking casters in two of the locations; a couple of pilots from a local fighter base saw my chest/box combo and offered $100 more than I had into it so it now has a new home. Thanks for watching!
Yes, I have the original 5x2's. These new ones are narrower, but rated higher than the load I'm putting on them, and they're quieter than the originals.
