Thanks mate I followed this on 2012 730d worked a charm. Had to walk to the gas station as I only had 10L of fuel its minimum 20L to run fuel bleed that sucked. By the time I got to that point in the video it was too late haha. I used ISTA to bleed. Got that injector puller off AliExpress $20 as well as copper washers and o rings
short answer ... because I was dump ... Long answer, I thought it is only the gasket that ages. I have never worked on that part and I did not know the cover can have problems, as it is made by 2 parts joined together.
