Thank you my friend. Have a question: I need to service my Clutch Assembly in Activa 5g. To do it nicely I need the clutch Assembly Holder, to remove the 38mm nut and put it back after servicing. Please let me know where could I buy this Assembly Holder. I have searched for this tool on net, but get no response to a single piece purchase. I would greatly appreciate your kind help in this. is it really so easy to disassemble and assemble it without impact wrench, I've watched many videos about it, almost in all of them impact wrenches are being used, especially in order to remove the rear clunch they use some stabilization tools, thanks for the video
No need , mark the nut position on nut and body with permanent maker or scratch before loosening it , and remember the torque while opening , Then use clutch holder too 300rs near Amazon ,
sir, few months ago we had changed the belt of honda aviator but still it makes the sound of belt, wht is the problem sir, is that problem of belt or other? is a belt make sound bigger than silencer.? when we are in 50 km/h speed it's not make any sound..?

Hello sir Yesterday i went to local Mechanic shop for Servicing which I usually do because of the transparency of work. For the first time they Open Gear box and cleaned it properly with Petrol and apply grease on rollers. And the condition of rollers and Belt was good by the way my Activa is 2 years old and odo 28000 km done My question is on how many intervals I should clean that gear box and apply grease would decrease the performance?
