I have a 86 Toyota 4x4 with the original calibers and not leaking. Is this the first time of changing the calibers. I just turned the rotors and got new pads and thinking about putting on new calibers since I am this far into it.Also wanted to know if you greased the pins that go thru the pads or if you even have to. I have a 98 ranger that it is highly recommended to grease the pins with Sil-Glyde because the pins move with the piston. I was just thinking about the pads moving back and forth on the pins

Yea those were the original calipers..and i would look at the condition of the rubber on the pistons if u notice any signs of dry cracked rubber..if so i definitely would rather be safe and replace em...the pins yea i would add grease..but as u slide em in the brake pad kinda slides the grease off the pin.
