I hate that they made the steering rack in the way of that bolt. They couldve just made the bolt face the other way Edit: for anyone that has to do this, you do not need to take the whole steering rack off. The middle vertical bolt is a bitch to get off too when rusted. Just take off the one bolt that is closest and carefully use a crowbar to bend the rack just enough to slip the bolt out. Thats what i did, and it saved lots of time.
on the sway bar end link, why didn't you use the allen wrench on the inside of the bolt instead of risking damage to the boot or other when using the locking pliers? so much easier to use the allen wrench method!
Anyone reading this take it to a shop. Took my shop 3 hours per side and my sequoia has zero rust. Been in Florida its whole life. Unless you want to deal with this lol.
