How to Replace Front Sway Bar Bushings NISSAN X-TRAIL 2.5L 2003~2009 QR25DE RE4F04B/V 

Seen people weld a piece of metal to the remaining part of the bolt and then unscrew it, an extremely dangerous fire hazard. I'm sure a good mechanic will have a better option

From what I've gathered, the work should be done unloaded (off ground) but torqued when loaded.

Surely you have to remove both bolts to release the rubber bushing, the slit is to remove it once the clap is off... however I agree re the missing torque wrench 🙃. I intend to replace mine on my E12 Nissan note but can’t find torque settings anywhere

Make your own vidro then, simples😏

@@dom1982c You are no mechanic if you need to ask for torque settings , we mechanics go by our own hand tightening s specs ..
