This method only works for some types of bottom seal and this one in particular was super easy.
First, you need to stop the garage door at the perfect height so you can slide the existing seal out without it hitting the track.
Next, you need a long screw driver so that the new seal has room to work back and forth as it feeds back in.
If you leave about 6” extra on each side you can tuck that back in and it will hold everything from moving side to side and will also stiffen the seal at the ends for a better corner seal.
