I think after you drop out the glove box to remove the bezel over the climate control bezel, the easy way is to remove the center console to be able to get access to the climate control bezel. But it would help to know what the actual problem really was you were trying to fix? Could be as simple as the HVAC blower motor control module located under glove box that controls the fan. Or as deep as the blend door actuator buried even deeper into the dashboard. But regardless, best to troubleshoot first and figure out the path of least resistance before just forcing your way in to randomly replace parts that don't need replacing.
