Jaise ki aap sabh jante ho ki thermal paste ko hume kuch limited time bad bad change karna parta hai aur agar ap change nahi karte hoh thermal paste toh aap ka cpu bahoot hi sada garam ho jayega work karne ke time pai jo us CPU ke liye bilkul bhi achi bat nahi hai toh chaliye dekh te hai ki kaise thermal paste ko badla jata hai.

in general my laptop temparature is 55% to 65% however wheneven i do video editing it goes to 80 to 95. Is it a indicator should i replace?

The only confusion is some people says dont spread the thermal paste . Just leave the drop on the cpu and then place heat sink over it, is that true?

You can also do that, if you will not spread it then you cooler will spread it

if it is non-conductive then you're good, but if you used a metallic based paste then it might short some ICs.

I have 2 questions pls answer that 1 - What is the idol temp for ryzen 9 3900xt? 2 - my cpu temp on idol condition is 40 to 50% and it goes from 50 to around 90 on full load so it is ok for that cpu? i already applied thermal paste and liquid cooler on that cpu

My pc is 8+ years old. I too use speecy and i found out the cpu is running 90 to 100+ degrees. It refuse to boot/start sometimes so I removed the dust inside ,repositioned the rams and later it worked. But the temperature isn't reduced much. In a hurry I bought a heat sink paste locally which costed 20rs for one syringe. Now, the temperature got reduced to 45 and went not more the 65. But, my pc takes more time to boot and load homescreen. Once everything is loaded , it works faster and the cpu temperature remains between 40 to 55. Is the non branded paste causing this slower booting time ?

Same, its purpose is just to make heat conduct compared to air in between, in lappy it connects to heat pipe in desktop it connects to that heat sink that has fan above it.
