This video was a great help for my first P71 radiator R&R. However, the entire assembly does not have to come out as a unit, and you do not have to open your AC system. Remove the top and bottom coolant hoses and all the mounting bolts and nuts. Rock the radiator back towards the engine. Rock the AC condenser back and lift to unhook it. Now lift and unhook the power steering cooler. My PS core is between the radiator and AC. Hold the AC and PS cores forward and walk the radiator up and out. Mind all those hoses and mounting tabs! Installation is reverse. About 3hrs for removal and another 2hrs for installation. My first rodeo with this car. BTW, my D-bushing straps have the bolts rearward (2004 Crown Vic PI package). Hopefully this helps by not having to evac and recharge the AC.

+@thereal_homie4158 We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it. Thanks for checking us out! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
