You could do it with bike tire levers instead of car tire levers and kind of mash the tire into place when putting it back on (we did this and it was easier than the tire lever method), but you will need some kind of tire levers to get it off the wheel. You could use a flatblade, but you will damage your wheels and possibly the tire that way. If you're not experienced with changing bike tires, best to take this into a local shop. You can strip it down to the bare tire and wheel, and take it somewhere.
