human nature to make mistakes , however the better human admits to mistake and shows correction . that written , it is nice that you showed mistake to help others whom may not be professional repair person to help them in future thank you for another great video .
Instead of pulling out the stove and disconnecting the wires from the back I would have been easier to simply switch off the circuit breaker. Most homes have a 50amp breaker for the range.
Once the oven is pulled out completely it’s more easier to work on it and on some cases 2 connector needs to be disconnected from the cooktop glass for easy access and that way it’s more flexible to work on it , yes you are also right it’s easy to turn off the break switch ✌️
I have that exact range top and can't find that replacement part. All I've found is the one like it without the back splash attached. I actually ordered the wrong one.
At 2.20 - you took the back panel off / top panel off and you disconnected the connectors. Then you lifted the cooktop glass. Question - is it essential to take the back panel off / top panel off / disconnect the connectors to replace the cooktop glass ?
I m really sorry , for some reason it’s not under the video description. I forgot what it was . If you send me the model number. I can possibly look for the correct part number .
