If you have a soap cutter, at some point you will need to replace a wire or two. It’s simple to replace your soap cutter wires if you have a few basic tools and know where to get soap cutter wires. While there are many different styles of soap cutters, most have a similar design. Follow along as I replace the wires on my soap cutter, so you can get a better idea of how the process works.

I don't own a multibar cutter but this will be wonderful in case I ever get one. I do have a single bar cutter and the info on where you got your wires is very helpful. I bought mine on Amazing for a bit more than you paid but Etsy, wow, I was amazed at how much the hiked up the prices. Thanks.

Excellent video work; so easy to see what's going on. I only have a cheese slicer for cutting but the wire is replaceable. Now to inspect my setup to see if the wires you found on eBay would work when mine break! 🙏 Thanks for sharin.

Thank you, Susan! Those cheese slicers work great for the price. They do have replacement wires for those and they are even cheaper than the wires for the bigger soap cutters, so I would look at those first. They're probably easier to replace, too!
