I have not. 2 methods to do it on an M156, standard way where you thread the tester to spark plug holes (make sure you disconnect fuel rails..etc.) and the second method is an electronic compression test using Xentry. It works really well, but you need that tool and its expensive! What issues are you having?

Hi, do you think there is any benefit in indexing the spark plugs? I have just changed mine and have had a mechanic mention this is what they do. I'd be interested to hear anyone's opinion
