After I replaced the batteries, it flashes 1 red then 3 blues. Been like this for 2 days now. Manual flush still works but no sensor flushes work. Any help?

This video is basically useless as the demonstrator covers the ONLY relevant portion the entire time.

Hi Alicia - There is a battery holder inside the tank which uses 4 AA alkaline batteries. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended. Thanks for your question!

I have a problem with my toilet. The touchless part will not flush. I can manually flush with the button with no problem. When I try the touchless flush, you can hear it click and light up like normal but it will not actually flush. I tried fresh batteries, but the first flush was like the batteries were weak. The next flush it just clicked and never attempted to flush. Any ideas?
