Is it necessary to completely flush out the old fluid ? I haven't normally seen that done.

For a complete and proper job, I would say necessary but I know a lot of shop out there don’t completely or even partially flush it out. One of the reason it’s best to do a flush is because brake fluid absorbs moisture and all that moisture can cause rust and that can lead to many other problems. Thanks for watching 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Thank You for uploading your video, it's very helpful. My wife has a 2015 Sienna XLE FWD. Would like to know the torque specs. for the 2015 Sienna. I guess should be the same as the 2019 Sienna in your video. Much appreciated, Thank You!!!

Sir, can i do the break bleed out after switching all break pads and routers or does it need to be done for each side?

Up here in Wisconsin you don't want to reuse the hardware it is all rusty I wish it was as easy to do these things where it snows and they salt the roads.

Definitely not, rust is also a issue here too but not as bad as that! Thanks for always watching 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

I think my wife had her brakes changed one time and the mechanic told her that if you didn't use Toyota brakes sometimes there is a squeak.

The mechanic was my problem went back up on the lift the guys checks it again nothing found he says all is tight. Shop owner tells me only thing it could be is struts and links !!! I get home jack it up replace strut and link then find the DAMN CALIPER bolts are lose. Never trust anyone but yourself is good advise

U resurface the rotor yourself??
@RoysGarage808
@RoysGarage808 2 года назад
I have the machine and definitely able to BUT now days, most people chose to replace them. For some customers vehicles I work on, the owners chose to resurface the rotors once prior to swapping them out for new ones (you can only resurface them so much, and sometimes you just can’t due to safety reasons). Thanks for watching 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
