Good job, saved a lot, nice to diy. It's also important to use good quality fuel, I found that shell v-power gives great performance and the fuel lasts longer, it also contains the right cleaners. When I put BP , the fuel does not last long. Every now and again I make sure I put a tank of shell, although I do use other petrol companies. I have a Suzuki swift 1.5gls 2010
Thank you for the video. My mazda 3 2004 workshop manual said the fuel filter was inside the fuel tank. Is your m3 04 a European model, or is it in the US?
When you removed the first hose and clip, why not use the cap from the new fuel filter and quickly put it on the old fuel filter to keep the fuel from coming out and attach the hose to the new fuel filter before removing the second hose? That saves you from needing a second person.
Hi, I looked that location where the filter suppose to be but can not see anywhere. Is that possible mine has no petrol filter? Its 2007 made 1.6 petrol model. Thx
Never because that was a petrol car not a diesel, diesel fuel filter are usually in the engine bay and will need priming after it has been changed otherwise you will air lock the fuel system I recommend going to a garage to have it done But it is usually changed every service, so 10.000 to 12.000 miles or every year
Hey there, could u tell me what Mazda exactly this is ? I have an Mazda 3BK 2.0 from 2004. I wonder or it is maybe same model ✌️good and prof job man 🤙
Hello. I`m trying to buy a fuel filter to my Mazda 3 2007 1.6 but every time I'm ordering it it comes a diifrent one, no for my Car. Any idea when i can get a correct one?
Wheels should be chocked from the front as your jacking from the back therefore pushing the vehicle forward. The bricks in the video are serving no purpose 👍🏻
I think it’s in the tank, I have the 1.8 1999 model and I was told by a Mazda dealer that it’s not replaceable. Sounds odd to me but that’s what they said 🤷♂️
