Oh man, that’s gonna make a mess lol. He drove it on just 1/4 tank of gas until he got the new tank. It’s a very inconvenient issue but thankfully it’s not too difficult to replace
Hey, so old that YT didn’t notify me that there was a new comment haha that gasket is just called a “fuel pump tank seal” and it came from Amazon. I don’t remember the exact one but there are a couple of options.

It’s not necessary but they’re not too expensive so I would recommend changing it while you already have access. If you’re changing your tank due to rust though, i would suggest changing the pump and filter.
