How to replace the hood release cable on a 1998 Honda Civic 

This is exactly what I needed.

Good Video JIm, I did one on an 04 civic last year for a customer of mine. Just about the same. She was on vacation when it broke and she took it to some independent and they wouldn't touch it , they told her take it to Honda. so when she got back I got the job. Like you said just take your time and it all goes together.

Got to turn up volume all the way and put bullhorn on the speaker to hear this guy lol

I ripped the new grommet pulling it through! It seems impossible to get the grommet seated.

Do you have a suggestion on how long the wire for fishing should be?

But what do I do if it broke with the Hood closed
