Toshiba's BEX4T1 and BEX4T2 industrial label printers are designed to print 1,000s of labels per day.
Over time, it is not uncommon for this rubber roller to wear down in diameter, become contaminated with adhesives or have old labels pieces stuck to it. The result is poor label printing perfromance.
Fortunately, the roller is easy to replace as shown in this video.
