Any other way to break the bolt ? I use PB and tried sledge hammer as strong as possible I could but it’s not at all moving

Why on earth would you re-use old bolts to install new Shocks? Not good advice here at all.

they obviously were not able to torque shock properly due to space issue. The coil is too close. And also the nut on top-mount was also not torque properly due to the cylinder spinning when it was in the vise.
