Hello, this is unrelated but I wanted to ask, my laptop turns off then it freezes when I plug it's charger. It turns on and works when I remove the charger. Ps. The charger works perfectly fine charging the laptop. Laptop MSI Bravo15 B7ed
This might be unrelated I'm currently using an external keyboard, but my laptop keyboard is having problems a while ago my top row keys were not working meaning if I press it doesn't work but if i continually or press it down long it starts and stops then starts again usually it was only for my top numbers, so I was fine, but now the problem has moved to my second row of computer do you have any help
Is there something physically wrong with the key / keys or are they mechanically working fine? Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?
