How to repot a root-bound "Climbing Aloe" 

My Aloe ciliaris "climbing Aloe" has been underwatered and a bit neglected, and definitely needed to be repotted.
Today I'm going to why it needed to be repotted, the steps I take to replant, and what tools I use.
