Please help me - I purchased Hotstar subscription of 1 year for 1499. Money was debited via UPI Id through Apple. Money was debited. But the subscription was not activated and I did not receive Invoice as well from Apple. How to request refund.
I did all the steps, and it says ‘refunded’ but the money hasn’t come back into my account yet, and I’ve lost the perks of the subscription, so I’m unsure of what to do
@@rxie3.10 Yeah, I requested a refund through Apple Support this morning. I didn’t know that they even charged anything until I got the receipt on my Email.
@@Legitimately. I deleted the game/app . I requested a refund on 6 june and on 8 june they said that its refunded and now its 10th june still I haven’t got my money back . Please tell what to do
I just purchased a very expensive purchase by a mistake I was pressing something else and usually I have to enter my code before purchasing but this time it just went through without and then I discovered after that it was not the one I pressed and then I asked apple for refund and they denied and then I asked again and now they denied again and just closed it so I can’t get my money back 🙈
@@user-li5rd1sw4u Nope it says it’s not eligible for refund, probably cause the $200 worth of things I bought from the game is a gacha. Gacha is based on luck so they probably think I’m gonna do the gacha again after I get my money back..
@@Dannyfr33sh No it does not work.. Atleast for me. I think it depends on the game you play. Since I got something from the game that’s worth $200+ from a “gacha” they won’t be able to refund me the money.
@@Usmansahab975 yeah it takes at least a day or two to get it if not then check what process they will tell you if it went through or not because some of the refund can’t be refunded
