This is great. My main gripe with BB is how difficult it is downsize multisamples. And despite what they say, doing it on the computer is super complicated as well. They still always end up in the wrong order. And like you said the whole point is to NOT use a computer. Thanks!
Great technique! Definitely inspiring, I've actually never thought to try midi loopback on the BB, it makes a ton of sense! I've got some BB workflow videos on my channel too, check them out if you are interested. The Portastudio one is probably my favorite technique.
1. Tools > MIDI > Pads, Keys - OFF; Clock - Internal 2. Plug a TRS cable into MIDI in and MIDI out. 3. Song > Temp as slow as you can go 4. Sequence > Select a blank sequence, make the sequence/step as long as possible - Notes will record to the selected sequencer, you do not want it to playback while resampling. 5. Set Patch MIDI in channel to X 6. Set up your Mx taste, source to Resample, set MIDI out channel to X
