For the SIM card cannot work, there maybe be some possible reasons for your reference:
① Please make sure the SIm is plugged in correctly, the card slot design of different boxes is different, so the direction is also different.
②After plugging the SIM card in, if there's no sign of the signal tower, then that means your SIM card is incompatible, please another different SIM card.
③If there do have a sign of the signal tower, and still be unable to use the internet, then you will need to reset the APN manually~
click setting, click other setting, click access point name, click the three dots at the right upper corner, click reset to default
