How to Reset Apple Watch Manually without being Paired to iPhone

If your Apple Watch comes up with the following message
'Wrong Passcode open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, go to Passcode, then tap re-enable passcode entry to try again'
BUT your watch is no longer paired with your iPhone. This means your Apple Watch is stuck and you will need to restart it manually in order to be able to pair with your phone again.

U gotta press down really hard on the power off screen. And wait for it to say erase all data or something. U also gotta connect it to your charger.

My new iwatch4 won’t accept the passcode. I can’t reset the watch either. It goes to the passcode screen all the time... I held the button on the bottom right button to no avail. Yes, I had it on the charger.

Jerry Ledesma hold it down gently first then press down a little harder and the box should like shrink a tiny bit and then come up with the reset button
