I was literally going to sell a printer I had because of the flashing red light. It was new out the box and I tried all the steps I found online. I tried the reset mentioned (4 blinks) and it works! This is great

Mine is still shifting down the page- so it leaves a blank bit at the top and then slips off the bottom of the page- this is on 4x6 labels. Any other ideas where I can adjust?

Nice! Do you also know how to fix a GK420D with a red/green blinking light? The device just stopped printing and I can't find a proper explanation for this fault. Thanks!

@@edigameiro8988 No, I read up on it but I could only find that the printhead or motor has a critical failure. It worked perfect and the next day it gave the flash fault code once I switched it on. The motor still works when I press the feed button. I took out the printhead to check and clean but unfortunately it didn't help.
