NOTE: Watch the video for the file password!
To make the resetter work follow these steps:
1. Download the resetter application in the Microsoft Edge browser (not the Chrome browser)
2. Temporarily turn off any antivirus on your PC due to false alarm detection to the application.
3. After using the application you can turn on back any antivirus you have. Just make sure to create a backup copy of your resetter.

Thank u so much po My l3110 experienced the same problem and it was really late at night I watched a lot of RU-vid videos about how to fix this type of problem and some of it involved disassembling the printer which did not work I didn't expect it would be this simple when I followed your steps Thank you so much you saved me from spending hundreds for our research paper
