Hey guys, do you have any solutions if the charging box is not detected on the app ? My left earbud is not connected and I can't see % of battery of the carging case but the LED is already green...
My elite 4 active left bud not connecting. I can do hard reset with both buds in the case but the left bud will not reset when it is on its own. Is there something different with the elite 4 active
@@ARTaudio440 I tried, and it did. Thanks a lot you saved the day. I asked Jabra support and they said there is NO way to connect a new earbud with the old one … hahaha
Okay the left side of this thing it doesn’t even blink or anything I’ve tried almost everything nothing works only the right side works fine i think I’m going to return it
@rehamibraheem3891 Hi, for that case I think it's a hardware issue. No chance to reset or software update If the earphones do not emit any lights. If still in-warranty I suggest to, try to raise it online Jabra support.
I managed to get the left earbud connected but there was no update, so the left earbud is paired but there is no sound coming... but thanks for advice anyway
I have elite 10 and the same problem, but with rigth airbud. Sound+ for this model has check: Both earbuds must be connected to the phone to update. I can't get around this restriction, maybe you can help?
Hi, try resetting it, if unable to reset and no lights showing on that buds, possible hardware issues like the switch or the battery. Cannot be fixed if there is a hardware issue.

Hi, sometimes you heared that message when the earphones are not completely reseted to a factory set. It will ask you to put inside the case and close the lid. If you already done this before then probably it is a kind of hardware issues.

Hi, po. Advise ko ay ibalik nyo po sa store at ipa replace then yung replacement na mkukuha nyo ay e test nyo po agad para sure na working. Minsan kasi ay nagkakaroon ng problema sa battery.
