i did this exact prosses 4 times yesterday without success so i looked it up online found this video and decided to follow it in real time, and even tho i did this multiple times yesterday it worked on the first attempt today lol i have no idea what i was doing wrong

Kind of funny, I kept doing exactly what you did except I was doing it was far less patient and no music. After watching you do it, I did it your way (exactly the same but slower) and it worked. Hope this helps someone like me.

The left earbud does not turn on at all. When I remove it from the case it dies and does not react. Resetig works only on the right one. I have same model like you here.

Mine have been working perfectly for a bit over a year now, but within the past few days for some odd reason, if I hold my phone at a certain angle or put it in the pocket of my jacket (Which for reference has worked perfectly fine without problems this entire time). I tried what you said in this video and now only one of my earbuds seems to connect and the other just keeps saying "ready to pair" and never ends up pairing.

I think mine are defective. I've done exactly this about 10 times and both end up blinking blue and white. I try connecting anyway and only one is connected. They don't want to pair with eachother. EDIT: I finally got mine to work, I just don't know exactly how, but basically I took one out and tapped on it 8 times, then held it down for a few seconds. I did this while the other one was still in the charging case, then I alternated & did the same to the other one. Then I took them both out and one was solid white while the other was blinking blue/white which is what its supposed to do. Then I connected them to my device & it worked. Basically I think they need to be reset individually before they can pair to eachother & I think holding down the buttons on each one did the trick.

Ahhhhh tried 1000x the same way but did it too fast slowed to your pace and it worked

I did this over n over for hours but when i put them back in the case the second time to see if they pair together but they dont. I get pass the blinking blue lights take them out wait for blue light to go out put then back in wait till the green light turns blue thats all it does then take them both out and they both go white flashing slow then rapid white blue on both of them.

Well this screwed mine up. After tapping each one 7x, they separated into 2 independent devices: Right and Left, both wanting to pair separately. And still no sound other than it saying “Ready to pair”

What do I do if they done connect to each other? Only one of them will sync to my phone at a time and when I try to reset them they both blink blue
