@@adityaPANDEY79 mine was solved after restarting the buds while they were in case. You could try that. The reason it started happening with me was because in the app (realme link), I randomly used so many features at once without any break. So the buds glitched and it was making a tickling sound. But after restarting, it was solved and I took care after that.
Thank you very much sir....this really solved my problem with the newly bought earbuds. Sir, I have one more query, if after using, I put the buds on the table and not inside the case....how can I turn the earbuds on like after an hour without putting the buds in the case? As of now, I saw that every time after usage I need to put the buds in the case which also will damage the battery in the future.
I have a problem with mine that are new. The first time I connected them to my phone (poco f5) they sounded good, but after 5 minutes they stopped sounding good, as if the volume had been lowered. I have already disconnected them and nothing works, for once they worked for like a minute and when I took them off they did that again and continue like that. You can help?

When I connect my earbuds air 5 with mobile,after playing video,music etc , volume doesn't come from earbuds and video get stuck and play automatically again stuck again play automatically but volume doesn't come ,any solution plzz
bro i bought it one month before I'm facing issue with ANC i felt like ANC is very low and i checked earbud fit test but it showing not ideal instead of good!!! and also i tried with different eartips also like large small and medium it showing same to everything is this issue acceptable for warranty claim!!!? i don't know what to now!!!!!!!
have you done the comparison between transaparency and noise cancellation mode and may you faced the difference between two modes. Check with some backgroung noise like, fan, outdoor vehicle noise
