How to reset Realme Buds Air 5 Pro - Realme Earbuds left/right side not pairing/working Problem?

Sir, I have one more query, if after using, I put the buds on the table and not inside the case....how can I turn the earbuds on like after an hour without putting the buds in the case? As of now, I saw that every time after usage I need to put the buds in the case which also will damage the battery in the future.

When i connect my buds in dual mode with my laptop and phone....i am getting laggy sound in both devices.

Is there any possibility to turn on the earbuds without place the buds inside into the case. I meant turn on buds by using buds not using case...

I have a problem with mine that are new. The first time I connected them to my phone (poco f5) they sounded good, but after 5 minutes they stopped sounding good, as if the volume had been lowered. I have already disconnected them and nothing works, for once they worked for like a minute and when I took them off they did that again and continue like that. You can help?

My buds 5 pro case battery drains faster from 50% to 10% . And the if the case battery is 10 % then the buds are not getting charged. Any solution?

bro i bought it one month before I'm facing issue with ANC i felt like ANC is very low and i checked earbud fit test but it showing not ideal instead of good!!! and also i tried with different eartips also like large small and medium it showing same to everything is this issue acceptable for warranty claim!!!? i don't know what to now!!!!!!!
