How to reset (recalibrate) the hands on a chronograph watch Seiko 7T92 cal

Thanks for this video. I purchased a used Seiko SSC142 with the V172 caliber and could not get the stopwatch to reset. The procedure in the Seiko manual was not helpful, but your video helped me to correct it. Much appreciated.

Legend 👍 fixed my perpetual calander.. easy fix. With perpetual need to place the weekday chrono on the starting point of the energy indicator..happy days now 😁

Thank you. The hour hand would reset to a position that was way off and it bothered me that the stop watch hands weren’t nicely zeroed out. Maybe now I can actually use it to time stuff that takes more than a minute.
