If you still have it that little watch symbol open the top corner press on that about 30 times and then when you see Bluetooth something pop up stop then hithen hit anywhere in the middle of the screen and you'll get a new one and you can skip the setup lock screen bullshit
That's very strange indeed. If you factory reset a watch, it should be reset to the original American factory default settings. Perhaps this was purchased with a default Korean setting? Usually can adjust this through the language settings on the watch, or it should be easy to do by connecting the watch by Bluetooth to your phone and using the Samsung App. Hopefully you are able to navigate to the correct settings without the English labels.
