This is my 2004 Audi A4 B6 1.9 tdi. In this video I will be showing you how to remove or reset the service light that pops up when you turn the ignition on. You don't need any equipment like diagnostics or VAGCOM to do this.
Depuis 2 semaines je ne savais pas quoi faire avec les voyants allumés. Je viens de tomber sur la vidéo et j'ai suivi tes conseils et grace à tes conseils ça marché. Mille merci pour tes conseils.
Your “removing”.... Or “resetting “.. can I assume that when the service light does appear, this is indicating a Service is due.? Does it also indicate what service is required?
Hi. Thanks for the comment and watching the video. It should remind you again if I remember correctly. But I accept no liability, I'm not an Audi mechanic. I learnt most of what I do by tinkering and doing things myself. None the less, if you are removing it, assuming you have completed a service yourself, just remind yourself of the miles till your next service. Or, if you haven't serviced the vehicle and just want to remove the light, then I would strongly recommend you take it to a garage for a proper service and let them reset the service light trip.
mypete1963 don't have the GoPro anymore, hoping to get one again some day and another bike. I had a little addition to the family so a lot of my old stuff has gone lol. She's worth it though :) Thanks for your comment
