hai, I recently have gotten a blue version of your tsa lock and its been unlocked. I don't know the combination and have no idea how to figure it out. I tried to push the locking mechanism in and down to see if the three gears are hard to turn and set the correct numbers that way and I 've got nothing. I got the lock in an estate sale and of course didn't receive the locks combination

Would you know how to open the other side (TSA slot)? I don't know how but one of mine is released right in there and I'm not able to put the cable back inside the lock.

I'm sorry, but I don't know how to fix that. Perhaps look up the manufacturer website for it?

You have to have a key to unlock the TSA side. The key comes with it when you buy it brand new but if you didn't I guess you're screwed.

You can reset that code even when it is closed but you have to know the code to change it. 1. Set the correct code. 2. Push the tab at the bottom. 3. Set desired code and release tab. Done.
