you need to call voicemail and get to main menu, changing voicemail greetings is option 3. You’ll have the option to re-record it or use system greeting (robotic)

me too , i think whoever had my number previously set a custom one but since i never set one myself , i cant reset it. any help ?

I found the solution, change the voice you have for Siri and it goes back to default with that voice but if u go to the voice you were using the it goes back to you custom voicemail. Think it saves through the voice for Siri

I don't, either. I used to have the names of the callers and printed messages along with the recorded message. No, all I have is the heading, Voicemail, and in the middle of the screen, in a box, Call Voicemail. I have to call in to get the messages.
