Hello, To make letters capital, when you go to letters options whike entering password, on right side, there is upward arrow. Press that and it will make all letters into Capital's. Thanks

Hello Vijay, You can go through your Nest App and unlock under Settings without PIN. But if you don't have the PIN and the App connect already, then you will need to contact Google / Nest Customer Care for assistance.
