Can asylum seeker request a correction of NTA during second master hearing in case for the date and place it is written to be set. Or should asylum seeker needs to request it in advance
Hello! Typically, it is important to seek to terminate proceedings or register an objection to the NTA as early in proceedings as possible. Courts have indicated that objections raised before entering pleadings to the NTA should be considered timely, so as long as pleadings to the NTA have not already been entered, you should be able to object to the lack of time and date information on the NTA.
