Convergence the biggest producers actually have the most basic skill ever, GET EVERYTHING IN FUCKING TUNE. Some of the used presets are dope but Sharpe doesn’t use a scale and doesn’t have a good ear so everything is really out of tune. If he’d actually just pick the stamp tool from the piano roll and get a minor, arabic, phrygian or whatever scale he wants his beats won’t be sounding as trashy anymore

Hes not even close to perfect, he's bad. He's not good at all and claims to be a producer when like, what, two years since he started ? And it's obvious he still knows the basic. I wouldn't have a problem if he didn't try to make tutorials or "how to do this" like bruh you do not know what you're talking about, I knew more about producing than Sharpe when I was 8 months in. Every video should be called "poorly putting together a lame beat with average production quality" not "how to make a Pierre Bourne beat" like Pierre is was too but compared to Sharpe he's on a different level

Tip: if you want a reverse effect on the melody you made without reversing the melody itself you can select the whole piano pattern and flip it by pressing ctrl-Y (i think) and then record the melody backwards into edison and reverse the .wav file back to normal.

To get the perfect loop while recording on edison. Enable *ON PLAY* (it's on the right of the recording botton) make sure to be on the pattern mode (not the song mode) press play and it will show when the loop start and when it ends (delete the excess) and there your go. A perfect sample synched perfectly to the tempo.

Mathias Bélanger u go to th midi keyboard so u can see all the green notes. Then u go to the small arrow on the very top left and click it. Then click flip.

Quick tip: When u record in edison just hit the right arrow on keyboard twice and then hit delete. U dont have to manually highlight the section anymore
