Thank you for the guide. I was always told by many people that you ride with just SLIGTLY bent legs up the ramp and then do a 180 kickturn.

Awesome, just what I was looking for, to review my technique, but I throw my arms towards my feet and the ramp as I go up and more to vertical? I had my weight right just as in this video that's important, otherwise you are sure to fall. Thanks.

So whats doesn't make sense to me is I'm facing backwards now once coming down so how to do you continue pushing if my feet are now backwards so to speak
