Rigging the ballyhoo this way, where does the egg sinker go as it relates to the ballyhoo? Under the jaw? In the mouth? Thanks.

Can you use needle eye hooks or are ringed eyes better?

No no no I’m a mate out of Oregon inlet North Carolina and of my 15 years of mating I have never seen someone rigg a bait like that must be in Wilmington thing Not saying it won’t work but that is not a Carolina rig
