The message of her speech was simple- have no regrets in life, experiment, and try new things. It is okay to fail; learn from your failures, and never stop taking bets on yourself. Chef Gauri worked to create her own fondant and, despite failing in her first attempt, did not give up, persevered, and in 2018 presented her product at the largest food exhibition in India. She is the only Indian who exports sprinkles to America and runs her business globally.
